The charges (Allowed Charges) detailed in the attachment are to be levied for the provision of new electricity supplies and/or any other services in relation to an electricity supply already provided or any other services which CEB is required to provide at the request of a consumer, a prospective consumer or any member of public.

These charges give the maximum fee that can be charged from a customer for specific services by the CEB and are approved by the Public Utilities Commission (PUCSL) of Sri Lanka. The charges published herewith covers only commonly required services provided by the Licensees. For determination of other charges requiring case by case estimates, rates and calculations provided in Standard Construction Costs 2013 of CEB shall apply.
