A letter requesting permission to visit the selected power station has to be addressed to the relevant Deputy General Manager (addresses and telephone numbers are indicated here), at least 02 weeks prior to the date of visit. The following information should be included in the request letter: (Sample letter is in right side of the page in here )
The party may ensure whether permission has been granted before the date of the visit from the above indicated relevant telephone numbers, if no letter of permission has been received by the party until two days before the visit Please contact the relevant DGM office Immediately.
